Hoang Quan shall give the priority to spend the resources for developing social housing products in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces/cities.
Continue to completing under-construction projects such as: Social Housing project in District 8, Hoc Mon District and two proposed projects in District 2, Cinderella 3 Ecological Villa. In addition, the company is preparing for the business cooperation with Hoang Quan Can Tho Real Estate Investment Company to implement the social housing project in Can Tho. In 2013, the Company implemented the investment into Mekong Delta University Project in Can Tho City.
HQC Plaza Social Housing Project
Invested by Hoang Quan Company, the project is located at Lot CC1-Area. The front of the project is on Nguyen Van Linh Street, next to Binh Dien Wholesale market in Ward 7, District 8. Located in the master plan of South Sai Gon Region, being a project changed from commercial housing project, HQC Plaza is supported by the competent authorities, especially, the projects receive the commitment on construction investment capital support from BIDV Bank and the customers of HQC Plaza are supported to borrow at the maxium 80% of the apartment value for 15 years with the interest rate of 6%/year (5% per year for 2015). The Project consists of four 23-24 storey apartment blocks, constructed in an area of 35,290 m2. The project has foundation part completed and the superstructures of the buildings are under construction.
HQC Hoc Mon Social Housing Project
This project is transferred to Hoang Quan Company from Hoc Mon Company. HQC Hoc Mon Social Housing Project is the first high-rise building at the center of Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City located at Nguyen Thi Soc Street, Xuan Thoi Dong commune, Hoc Mon district (in opposite to the market – Hoc Mon Agricultural Product Wholesale Market). The project consist of three 18-storey blocks and constructed on an area of11,889.3 m2. The foundation and basements of the project are completed. At the present, superstructure of the project is under construction.
Cinderella 1 Residential Area
This project is transferred to Hoang Quan Company by Van Tin Phat Company. The project is located in Ba Ria City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. The project is constructed in an area of 4.5 ha, consisting of 74 Terraced houses, 18 villas and one 12-storey apartment block. The infrastructure of the project is under construction and it is estimated that all street houses and villas shall be sold out in 2014.
Cinderella 2 Serviced Residential Area
This project is transferred to Hoang Quan Company by Nam Hiep Thanh Company. The project is located in Phu My Town, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. The project is constructed in an area of 3.53 ha, consisting of 120Terraced houses, 24 villas and three 5-storey apartment blocks. The infrastructure of the project is under construction and it is estimated that all street houses and villas shall be sold out in 2014.
Mekong Delta University Urban Area
Hoang Quan Company contributes capital with Hoang Quan Can Tho Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to be the investors of this project. The project is located right on National Highway No. 91C in Thanh Hue-Thanh My Residential Area Master Plan, Thuong Thanh ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho City. The project is constructed in an area of 123,151 m2 consisting 735 houses with the area of less than 70m2 with 1 ground floor and 1 storey. In phase 1, the company shall offer to the market 288 houses. Phase 2 will offer for sale 447 houses and five 7-storey apartment blocks with lifts consisting of 350 apartments with the areas of from 33m2 to 66m2. The utilities of the project include: restaurant, football field, tennis course, swimming-pool, school, 24 hour mini supermarket.
Industrial park projects
- Binh Minh Industrial Park project is under the ownership of Hoang Quan Me Kong Company – a member company of Hoang Quan Group as the investor. The project is located in Binh Minh Town, Vinh Long Province with the area of 130 ha in which 30 ha is for residential areas and the remaining 90ha is for industrial park. The infrastructure of the project is basically completed and the occupation percentage of the industrial park is about 20%.
- Ham Kiem Industrial Park project is under the ownership of Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Company – a member company of Hoang Quan Group as the investor. The project is located in Ha Kiem commune, Binh Thuan province with the scale of 132 ha. The infrastructure of the project is basically completed and the occupation percentage of the industrial park is about 25%.
Binh Minh Port Project
Binh Minh Port is constructed on the left bank of Hau River at Binh Minh Industrial Park, in My Hung 2 hamlet, My Hoa commune, Binh Minh district, Vinh Long province with the scale of a investment project on an area of 43.827ha. Binh Minh Port is constructed on Hau River, located in the area with many investment advantages: located in the area impacted by South Key Economic Zone, between 02 important economic centers of Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City.
